Night at the Races Auction 2020

Come … join us at the races and help us raise funds for our community!

For more than 30 years, Central Kitsap Food Bank has been helping to feed those facing life’s challenges. They come from many parts of Kitsap County and we are able to help because of you. Your gifts help us support our community through not only food, but also through our facility which allows us to maintain our food supply safely and securely for those families and individuals in need.

Throughout 2019, with the efforts of our many volunteers and your financial support, Central Kitsap Food Bank was able to continue to care for our community, serving more than 17,600 people with 656,000 pounds of food.  We humbly say, thank you.

As we prepare for a new year, we are making plans for our 13th annual fundraising dinner and auction at the Kitsap Golf and Country Club.  We would welcome your support again this year by joining us for our Night at the Races fundraising event on May 2 2020.  This year’s theme will piggyback, or should I say horsey-back, on the Kentucky Derby. Save the date today and get ready to wear your derby inspired attire!

Sponsorship terms & conditions

A.  Payment
Payment for sponsorships need to be received in full by Friday, April 3rd, 2020 for inclusion in print advertising and signage.

B.  Cancellation
If it is necessary for any sponsor to withdraw from this event, the sponsor must notify the Central Kitsap Food Bank Auction Committee in writing by April 3rd, 2020 No refunds will be given for notifications received after that date.

C.  Submission of artwork
Each sponsor is responsible for providing a press-ready, high resolution PDF of its feature to be placed in the event brochure. Logos are to be submitted in vector format (EPS with fonts outlined or SVG). If no artwork is received, company name and type of sponsorship will be listed in the space provided for the feature. All copy is subject to acceptance by the publisher. Publication of a feature is neither an endorsement of the sponsor nor of its products or services. The Central Kitsap Food Bank is not responsible for sponsor claims in published features.
